Payment Providers now offers Connect with Stripe through OAuth. On Stripe, select your existing Standard account or create a new one, then authorize TheFaithApp. Either choice keeps your church’s Stripe dashboard. There is no separate account-creation flow in TheFaithApp.
  • Resume unfinished OAuth connections and complete missing information in Stripe.
  • Receive gifts only after Stripe confirms the connected account is ready.
  • Disconnecting revokes TheFaithApp’s access before removing the connection, without deleting the Stripe account.
  • Accounts with platform controls show the Stripe Dashboard action required if they cannot be disconnected automatically.
Existing connections remain in place. Changing accounts does not transfer Stripe subscriptions or payment history. Read Giving.
