A schedule that respects the person

Leaders see explicit warnings for blockouts, overlapping commitments, serving load, rest windows, and required clearances before publishing. Members still choose whether to confirm, decline, request a swap, or claim an eligible open role. Standby alerts help close a real gap without bypassing those safeguards. The restricted wellbeing view uses serving patterns and private post-service check-ins as prompts for a caring conversation, not as labels or automatic decisions. Members control their serving Sabbath, preferred load, reminder channels, and private recognition.

One place to prepare

The mobile Volunteer Hub includes each assignment, role instructions, run-of-show, training, availability, blockouts, check-in, calendar feed, thank-yous, and milestones. Assignment and training reminders respect quiet hours, communication choices, and email or SMS consent. The staff workspace uses a calmer responsive layout for quick scanning, while member actions open in keyboard-safe bottom sheets that work in portrait and landscape.

Worship plans travel with the team

Worship leaders can build setlists and complete run sheets with timing, cues, stage positions, production notes, arrangements, chord charts, rehearsal tracks, song files, stems, and CCLI details.
