AI Assistance keeps people in the loop

Members can now open Ask your church from Connect to ask about published church information, Events, Groups, sermons, bulletins, and devotionals. Answers show the church sources used and say when the answer cannot be verified.

A broader staff copilot

AI Chat can now help authorized staff prepare visitor and Volunteer messages, summarize permitted care context, explain next steps and Group options, find duplicate candidates or schedule gaps, and draft Events, announcements, weekly summaries, and ministry reports. Permissions still come from the source workspace. Drafts are never sent, published, merged, or assigned automatically.

Safer sermon review

Staff reviewing a sermon transcript can request conservative cleanup suggestions, apply only the suggestions they choose, and save after human review. Sermon repurposing now includes explicit small-group guides, newsletter summaries, and short devotionals alongside the existing reviewed outputs.

Safeguarded sponsor-letter help

Members with an active or recovering sponsorship can translate, lightly polish, or do both for their own letter draft. The assistant receives no private beneficiary identity or safeguarding record, and it returns an unsaved draft.
