Churches control member AI access

Ask your church now appears in the member app only after a church activates the paid Digital Ministry Assistant add-on and a billing administrator enables member access. Member questions draw from the church’s shared monthly reply allowance. Each member can ask up to five questions per day so one person cannot consume the whole church allowance. The five free AI replies remain available for staff evaluation and cannot be used from the member app. Billing administrators can turn member access on or off at any time from Settings > Billing & Subscription > Add-ons. Turning it off removes the entry from Connect without affecting the church’s published sermons, Events, Groups, bulletins, or devotionals.
