Follow free tools through church onboarding
See consented tool visits alongside access requests, approvals, account creation, and church activation.
Super Admins can now use Client Onboarding → Tool to activation to see
requests linked to the free church SMS templates and visitor follow-up planner.
The table separates requests, approvals, created accounts, and activated
churches, covering the last 90 days independently of the request list filters.
The last free tool visited is linked only when the visitor accepts analytics
and separately permits attribution on their access request. No message drafts,
form answers, or entered church details are included in tool attribution.
Requests without a consented tool visit appear under Other or unattributed.
Approvals count invited churches, churches completing onboarding, and created
accounts. Qualification alone is not approval. Activation still requires a
member, a published public form, and a completed non-spam public response.
Optional attribution expires after 90 days. Super Admins can remove it on consent
withdrawal while preserving the application and account. Existing requests are
not attributed retrospectively.
Read the client onboarding guide for the full process.
