Copying includes your draft edits and review reminders; the plan also includes timing, the follow-up owner, team notes, and email subjects when selected. Downloads keep the same complete text. If automatic copying is unavailable, the tool shows selectable text for manual copying. Both tools remain free without an account and prepare drafts without sending messages or scheduling follow-up.
