# Chat with TheFaithApp support

> Ask product questions on the website and get help inside the dashboard.

**October 16, 2026**

Start a support conversation from the bottom-right chat button on the
TheFaithApp website or in the signed-in dashboard.

* Ask about plans or church setup from the website without creating an account.
* Get help in the dashboard with your admin account and church recognized.
* Keep form buttons clear: chat stays hidden while drawers and dialogs are open.
* Use chat in place of the old Support page, menu item, and inquiry form.
* Use the website’s direct email fallback if chat cannot load.

Leave a message if the team is away; an immediate reply is not guaranteed.
