# Read member cards and choose a useful follow-up method

> Read member names on phones, use available contact details for follow-up, and identify response dates and saved views more easily.

The Members directory uses cards on phones so names, contact details, and
actions stay readable. Select a name or **View** to open a profile; selection,
sorting, connections, and invitation actions remain available.

Member follow-up starts with **Phone call** when a phone number is recorded,
**Email** when only email is recorded, or **No channel** when neither is
available. A hint explains missing contact details for a selected method.
In-person and task-only follow-up remain available.

Directory filters and member selection controls have accessible names. Response
date filters keep **Submitted from** and **Submitted to** labels visible. Saved
response views have a persistent **View name** label, support Enter to save,
and have named dialog and close controls.
