# From access request to an active church

> Add members directly, recover from connection problems, and see real church setup progress.

* **Add New Member** is available on the Members page, alongside CSV import.
  Failed saves retain entered details, and successful saves refresh the directory.
* Access requests receive a receipt email, without implying approval or promising
  a review deadline.
* Invitation and dashboard loading errors offer a retry. Public forms retain
  answers through background refreshes and guard against repeated submissions.
* Super Admins can distinguish created accounts from churches with a member,
  published public form, and first completed non-spam response.
* An optional source-to-activation report uses consented campaign labels, with
  90-day retention and a control to remove attribution on consent withdrawal.
