# Client onboarding is now invitation-only

New church accounts now begin with a reviewed access request instead of an
open registration form. Prospective churches can explain their goals, timing,
team size, and current tools before TheFaithApp creates an account.

## A clearer path for prospective churches

The public **Request access** page explains what happens next and keeps the live
demo and demo-call options nearby. Submitting the form confirms receipt without
automatically creating an account. It alerts the platform review inbox at that
point rather than sending new-registration messages after account setup.

## One review workspace for Super Admins

The new **Client Onboarding** workspace collects public requests and direct
invitations. Super Admins can search the queue, record discovery notes, mark a
church as contacted or qualified, and send, resend, revoke, or decline an
invitation.

Invitation activity shows when a link was sent, opened, and due to expire.

## Private account setup

Approved contacts receive a single-use invitation tied to their email address.
Links expire after seven days, rotate when resent, and stop working after they
are revoked or accepted. The church account and its first administrator are
created together only after the invited setup is completed. Accepting the
email-bound invitation verifies the address without a second verification or
welcome-email sequence.

The sign-in page no longer advertises public account creation. New
administrators reach setup only through their private invitation.
