# Pricing makes product capacity clear

Churches can now see what each TheFaithApp plan includes before a limit affects
their work. Core church management remains free for churches with up to 100
members, while the wider product suite uses practical starter allowances.

## A clearer product comparison

The public pricing page now compares member capacity, staff administrators,
branches, Giving, Forms, communication, Outreach, Children & Youth,
Discipleship, Analytics, Operations, Governance, integrations, customization,
and support in one table.

Standard unlocks the complete single-church suite. Large adds multi-branch
operations, advanced governance, API access, webhooks, and custom domains.
Enterprise adds Church Networks, custom integrations, and guided support.

## Allowances are visible before they interrupt work

The Billing overview now shows each church's live plan usage, including member
profiles, staff administrators, branches, open Giving funds, published Forms,
monthly responses and campaigns, Outreach, Discipleship, and Children & Youth
check-ins. Staff receive a clear upgrade response when a new record would pass
an allowance; existing records remain available.

## Add-ons are separate and visible

Digital Ministry Assistant is shown at $29 per month, matching dashboard
billing, and Prayer Rooms Plus is shown at $19 per month. Churches can add
either without changing their base plan.

## Records remain the church's records

Full export stays available on every plan. Downgrades preserve existing
records, and giving receipts, safeguarding history, and incident history remain
accessible rather than being deleted because a plan changed.
