# Operations and facilities stay ready

The new **Operations & Facilities** product brings facility calendars,
equipment, service execution, safety, access, and transport into one practical
workspace.

## Prepare the building and the service

Teams can approve room and equipment reservations, record setup and comfort
intent, manage maintenance and cleaning work, track supplies, and prepare a
Sunday run sheet with stations, parking, production, communion, and baptism
details. Publishing warns when a required resource or projection permission
still needs attention.

## Keep instructions and responsibility clear

Public-safe QR runbooks put reviewed stop-and-escalate instructions at the
equipment that needs them. Critical systems also show when only one trained
operator is recorded. Keys, safety items, drivers, vehicles, manifests, and
contractor visits stay in permission-controlled workflows.

## Coordinate emergencies without widening access

Safety teams can publish contact trees and evacuation plans, issue service
alerts, record incidents, walk through a weather closure decision, and run an
accounted-for volunteer role call. Members see only the alerts, assignments,
checklists, and safe instructions intended for them.
