# Admin data and governance become accountable

# Admin data and governance become accountable

The new **Admin, Data & Governance** product connects everyday church data
work with the stronger controls needed for formal governance.

## Work with data safely

Staff can build multi-filter reports, save views, schedule re-authorized
exports, define church-specific fields, preview bounded bulk changes, and test
workflow effects without sending or mutating source records. The reviewed
Forms catalog now covers every intake in this capability.

## Publish dependable church knowledge

One versioned library holds handbooks, volunteer and discussion guides,
policies, maps, training, worship files, and youth permission documents.
Members receive published resources and acknowledgements in **Church
Resources**, while source-linked search stays inside approved material.

## Keep decisions explainable

Boards and leadership teams can assemble packets, record motions and recusals,
calculate quorum, approve human-reviewed minutes, maintain annual plans, and
follow owned actions. Versioned policies, renewable covenants, membership
standing, retention rules, legal holds, and permission reviews preserve the
reason behind a decision.

## Seal the records that need it

Confidential documents use separate access. Discipline cases require named
assignment as well as permission. A public whistleblower channel routes sealed
reports only to fixed eligible recipients, excludes the accused, and never
places report content in a notification.
